Replace the WPF desktop application (Azaion.Suite, Azaion.Annotator,
Azaion.Common, Azaion.Inference, Azaion.Loader, Azaion.LoaderUI,
Azaion.Dataset, Azaion.Test) with a standalone .NET Web API in src/.
