### Entity Relationship Diagram
- Create ERD showing all entities and relationships
- Use Mermaid or draw.io format
### Schema Definition
For each entity:
- Table name

- Indexes (clustered, non-clustered)

- Identify hot paths requiring optimization
- Recommend caching strategy

- Estimated row counts per table
- Storage requirements

## Notes
