- Measure p95 response time

**Expected outcome**: p95 latency ≤ 100ms

**Summary**: Verify login completes within acceptable time.

**Preconditions**: Loader service is running; mock API available.

**Scenario**:
- Send 10 sequential POST /login requests
- Measure p95 response time

**Expected outcome**: p95 latency ≤ 2000ms (includes mock API round-trip)
**Threshold**: `threshold_max: 2000ms`
