Verdict: PASS_WITH_WARNINGS. Six findings, all Medium or Low: F1 (Medium) telemetry adapter gap UavTelemetry -> Telemetry, F2-F5 doc drift queued for Step 13 (module-layout, architecture section 5.6, mapobjects_store description, data_model), F6 pre-existing dead-code on autopilot::runtime::vlm_provider_name.
