- Changed autodev state to reflect the transition from batch 26 to batch 27, updating the phase and details for the compute-batch step. - Incremented the version of the tile metadata store from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0, refining the uniqueness invariant to use a natural key that includes flight_id, allowing coexistence of multiple rows for the same tile from different flights. - Updated the last modified date in the tile metadata store documentation to reflect recent changes.
