Refactor 02-baseline-cleanup C01. Both directories were untracked empty placeholders surviving the May 14 missions rename; deleted from working tree via rmdir (git was not tracking either). No source-code diff. Verified post-removal: dotnet build OK (0/0 warn/err); scripts/run-tests.sh = 48 pass / 0 fail / 30 skip (baseline match).
