Recovers cycle 3 Step 9 (New Task) outputs that were left uncommitted at the prior session boundary. Adds AZ-509 epic to dependencies table and the three task specs (AZ-510 auth bootstrap consolidation, AZ-511 classColors carve-out, AZ-512 admin edit detection class).
