41 blackbox test task specs (AZ-406..AZ-446) under epic AZ-262 already exist in _docs/02_tasks/todo/. Dependencies table reflects them (155 = 114 product + 41 test, 133 blackbox-test pts). tests/e2e/conftest.py + tests/e2e/Dockerfile placeholders confirm the bootstrap was decomposed in a prior pass. Folder fallback for Step 9 is satisfied. No new work executed. State advanced to Step 10 (Implement Tests) — session boundary per greenfield flow; suggest fresh conversation before continuing.
